Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy
At Belle Vita, we value your time and are committed to providing premium, personalised care to every client. To ensure a seamless experience for all, the following terms apply to all consultations.
Bookings
Appointments may be scheduled via our online booking system or by contacting us directly at annabelle@bellevita.com.au.
All appointments are confirmed once a booking confirmation has been issued and the required deposit has been paid.
New Clients
To ensure we can properly prepare for your consultation:
The Client Intake Form must be completed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to your initial consultation.
Any relevant pathology results, testing or recent investigations should be emailed in advance to annabelle@bellevita.com.au.
Incomplete forms may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
Arrival & Punctuality
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a prompt start.
Late arrival may shorten your session to avoid impacting other clients and the full consultation fee will still apply.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Initial Consultations: 50% deposit required at the time of booking.
Follow-Up Consultations: 50% deposit required at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed).
Accepted payment methods:
Credit card.
Debit card.
Bank transfer (by prior arrangement).
Outstanding balances are due on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. To ensure fairness to all clients, the following applies:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled consultation will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit.
Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full consultation fee being charged.
These policies allow us to manage appointment availability for all clients.
Practitioner Cancellations
If your practitioner is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may choose to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund of any payment made.
Telehealth Consent
By booking a telehealth appointment, you consent to receive services via telehealth and acknowledge its limitations (including technology risks and that a physical examination may not be possible).
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Individual responses to natural therapies vary. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information about your health, medications and medical history, and to seek urgent medical care where required. You understand that naturopathic care complements (and does not replace) medical treatment.
Minors
Clients under 18 years must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent and, where appropriate, be present during consultations.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising in connection with the services is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
Policy Updates
Belle Vita reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
